Candle Warnings
1. Burn within sight: Never leave a burning candle unattended.
2. Keep away from flammable objects: Ensure the candle is placed away from anything that can catch fire.
3. Keep out of reach of children and pets: Ensure the candle is in a safe location, away from curious hands and paws.
4. Trim the wick: Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting to prevent a large flame and soot buildup.
5. Burn on a heat-resistant surface: Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface to avoid heat damage.
6. Avoid drafts: Keep the candle away from drafts, vents, and air currents to prevent uneven burning and soot.
7. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time: To prevent overheating, allow the candle to cool for at least 2 hours before relighting.
8. Keep the wax pool free of debris: Ensure the wax pool is clear of wick trimmings, matches, and other debris to prevent flaring.
